Licensed Real Estate Agent

Lien

Before earning my license, I spent years building my own real estate investment portfolio -- learning what actually makes a property perform, not just how to describe one. That background shapes how I work today: I underwrite every property with your exit in mind from day one, whether that's a long-term rental, a short- or mid-term rental, a fix-and-flip, a BRRRR, or an owner-occupant resale. I help clients find opportunities through the MLS, off-market channels, pocket listings, pre-foreclosure, and direct-to-seller outreach -- often before a property ever reaches the portals everyone else is watching. Tell me your buy box and I'll bring you only what actually fits. If you want an agent who speaks cap rate and cash-on-cash as fluently as comps and curb appeal, let's talk.

Nathan Sikes

Real Estate Investor & Knowledge Partner

Nathan brings a rare combination of technical and investment expertise: over 20 years as a building envelope consultant, and just as long as a short-term rental owner and operator. He holds a Master's in Construction Management from the University of Washington and has held building-science roles at firms including RDH Building Sciences, Intracorp Real Estate, and his own consultancy, Sikesdesign -- work that also led him to found the Building Science Community, a LinkedIn network of thousands of building envelope and construction professionals. For two decades he's applied that same building science to his own rental portfolio, understanding not just what makes a property last, but what makes it cash flow. He's currently a Technical Sales Representative at Cascadia Windows & Doors, supporting high-performance building design across Washington and Alaska.
